Accident – traffic ticket – driver’s license suspended – what now?
1. In the case of an accident, the question always arises: "Who is at fault?"
This question is justified, as the responsible party, or more precisely their car insurance, will cover the costs, such as property damage, compensation for pain and suffering, etc.
Don’t worry, I’ll take care of the entire claims process with the insurance company. If the accident wasn't your fault, even my fees will be paid by the car insurance of the other party involved in the accident.

2. Right to Remain Silent
If you are accused of an administrative offense or a criminal act, you have the right to exercise your right to remain silent as a defendant.
It can generally be wise to refuse to make a statement about the incident. This is because, if you are accused of a crime or an administrative offense, there is always a risk that you might inadvertently incriminate yourself with careless statements, as you cannot know what could end up being self-incriminating. I strongly advise against giving any explanations to the police such as: "I was in a hurry."
Therefore, it is often better to consult with a lawyer first. As an attorney, I have the right to review the case file. Only then will a statement be made exclusively through my law firm.
